Yes, you can explore the GOES Medical Library and utilize the Assess tab offline when there is no cellular service available.

Your weather information is saved based on the last location where you opened GOES in a connected area, so you can still plan for weather fluctuations even once you're off grid.

The "Prepare" tab contains your current location's weather forecast and health alerts, elevation, and wildlife risks.

To view a different location's alerts, you can change location by tapping the location field at the top of the page. This will open a search view.

Search any city, trail, park across the U.S. to update the shown information.

To view the Wildlife Risk Index – where you can see the risk levels for bears, snakes, and dangerous plants – you must be a GOES+ subscriber.

Billing Q&A

With the free trial, you can enjoy risk-free access to the full suite of GOES features, including the Wildlife Risk Index and all the topics in the Medical Library.

You can cancel anytime before the 7th day and you won't be charged. Your billing cycle begins after the 7th day for either $5.99 if billed monthly or $35.99 for one year.

If you cancel within the first week, you will still have access to GOES+ for the duration of your trial period.

The free trial is available for new GOES+ subscribers only.

Depending on your subscription, you will be billed either monthly or annually, using the form of payment you entered to start your free trial.

The app store through which you purchased your subscription will auto-renew it each month or year unless you cancel.

To change your subscription settings, find your Profile Settings in the top right corner (the person icon) of the "Learn" tab. Then click on "Change my subscription" to make any updates.

Yes, you can change your subscription tier at any time.

If you are upgrading:

You will get charged the difference between your old subscription and the new one. You will get access to your new tier immediately.

The next billing cycle, you will be charged the rate of the upgraded tier.

If you are downgrading:

You will get access to your current tier for the rest of your billing cycle. The next billing cycle, you will be charged the lower rate and only have access to that tier.

To change your subscription:

1.Go to the "Learn tab"
2.Tap on the person icon in the top right corner.
3.Scroll down to "Change my subscription"
4.Click on GOES in your subscriptions list and make the desired changes

You can cancel at any time. Even if you cancel, you will still be able to use GOES+ until the end of your billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription from the app:

1.Go to the "Learn" tab.
2.Next, tap on the person icon in the top right corner.
3.Then, scroll down to "Change my subscription."
4.After that, find "GOES Health."
5.Finally, click on "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts to cancel.

No, deleting your account or removing the app from your phone does not cancel your subscription.

GOES+ Rewards Program

The GOES+ rewards program is a new way for paid subscribers to get exclusive perks from premium brands like AllTrails, Wuru, and Outdoor Element by increasing their outdoor knowledge.

You must be a GOES+ subscriber and tokens and rewards can only be earned in the app.

Tokens can be earned in 3 ways as you interact with the Question of the Day:

1.Answering daily questions
2.Going on a 10-day question answering streak
3.Collecting a full set of 5 stamps of the same topic

You earn a token whether you answer the question correctly or not, but you will not receive a stamp for incorrectly answered questions.

Tokens are points earned for answering the Question of the Day and can be saved to exchange for exclusive rewards from premium partners.

Each question belongs to a different topic group, like bears, wildfires, or hypothermia. When answered correctly, you get a stamp for that topic. Complete a collection of stamps by getting 5 of the same topic and you'll receive a bonus token!

There are 31 different stamp collections you can build. To see the current available topics for collections, click on the Stamps tab.

Your tokens are saved until you re-subscribe.

You can only answer the new Question of the Day once per day.

You can, however, redo past questions you missed in the Overview tab. You can redo up to 5 past questions per day to earn a stamp, if they are answered correctly.

Rewards are broken into 3 different tiers, separated by the minimum number of tokens needed: 10, 25, and 40.

Once you have the tokens needed, you can redeem them at that tier or save up to get a reward from a higher tier.

Tap on the offer that interests you and then click redeem to get your personalized reward code to use on that partner's website.

It depends. If the partner offer reappears after you've claimed it, that means you can claim another code for the same partner once you have the minimum number of tokens required.

All past claimed codes can be found under "View past codes" in the Rewards tab.

No. While you may answer the Question of the Day every day, a GOES+ subscription is required to earn tokens and claim rewards.
